Hello. As part of a business class project I need to find out how a certain industry is doing. I picked the RC Industry. Could you tell me how the RC industry is doing? I need to have numbers, percentages and statistics. Are there more people racing now than before? Are there more people buying rc’s?
Is it a growing industry? All I want to know is are there more or less people getting into rc hobby? Is it growing? I don’t need your financial records. All I would like to know is for example (5 years ago they were let’s say 200 dirt tracks now there is 600 tracks. Or in the past 4 years sales have increased or decreased 50%, 100%, 300%. There more or less hobby stores.) Stuff like that. I have asked so many others in the industry but for some reason cannot give me a straight answer. I don’t know why, maybe they just didn’t want to give me the time of day. But if you cannot tell specifics could you tell me where I can find this information? I too would like to open a RC racing facility here in Rockford Michigan. If there is any way you could help there too, such as the cost to open, run, maintain, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
